All Packages Please Note

All packages are sold on a first come, first served basis  

  • A black tablecloth will be supplied 

  • All packages must be paid for in full to guarantee space, terms 30 days from date of invoice, if booking one month before the event terms within 7 days. Full payment must be prior to the event

  • If an electric socket is required at your stand this can be booked via the exhibitor booking form which will be sent to you to confirm your booking, there is no additional charge for this  

  • To confirm your involvement, you must complete, sign and return the exhibitor booking form to secure your booking. This will be sent to you by email to be completed. 

  • Free Wi-Fi will be available

  • If your selected packaged includes the option to provide providing a panellist for a panel discussion / speaker for breakout session or the main programme, you will be responsible for any speaker’s fees and/or expenses including but not limited to travel and accommodation

  • If you are supplying a speaker for a breakout session, a data projector and screen will be available in all breakout rooms, if more equipment is required such as sound system or laptop, we can supply details of a local AV company

  • If you are supplying a panellist / speaker for breakout session or main programme, this will need to be confirmed ASAP, and no later than November 2025 to meet with our marketing timetable. 

  • The organisers retain the right to amend or change programme as required and all speakers must be approved by the event organiser
