TERMS & CONDITIONS

Conference Registration

By registering for the Scottish Aesthetic Conference 2027, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Your registration is confirmed when your completed registration details or booking are received and accepted by the organisers.

CONFERENCE FEE AND PAYMENT

The full conference fee is required at the time of registration to secure your place.

Payment is made online by credit or debit card through our nominated payment provider.

When we receive your completed booking or registration details by telephone or online, this will be treated as a confirmed booking, subject to payment and availability.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

All cancellations must be made in writing by email to:

Your cancellation will be acknowledged in writing.

If you wish to provide a name change for your booking this can be arranged by contacting the conference organisers up to 3 days in advance of the conference.

No refunds will be issued once a registration has been completed, regardless of whether the delegate subsequently attends the conference.

We strongly recommend that delegates consider appropriate travel and accommodation arrangements that allow for changes to the conference programme or venue.

CONFERENCE CONFIRMATION

All delegates will receive confirmation of their booking and further information by email.

Please check your junk, spam or promotions folders if you do not receive your confirmation.

CHANGES TO THE PROGRAMME, SPEAKERS OR VENUE

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the conference programme, speakers, timings or venue where necessary.

Due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including emergencies, venue availability, speaker availability, government restrictions, public health concerns or other unforeseen circumstances, we may need to change the venue, speakers, programme or conference date.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered delegates of significant changes.

Delegates are advised not to make non-refundable travel or accommodation arrangements until they have considered the possibility of changes to the event.

The organisers will not be responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs incurred by delegates as a result of changes to the conference, including changes or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

FORCE MAJEURE

The organisers will not be liable for failure to provide the conference, or for changes to the conference, where this results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic, industrial action, government restrictions, venue closure, transport disruption, security incidents or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where possible, we will provide delegates with information about any alternative arrangements.

CODE OF CONDUCT

All attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards other delegates, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, venue staff and conference organisers.

Disruptive, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, harassing or otherwise inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

The organisers reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour is considered inappropriate or disruptive.

No refund will be provided where an attendee is removed from the conference because of inappropriate behaviour.

MEDIA AND PHOTOGRAPHY

Photography, video and audio recording will take place during the conference.

By attending the conference, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs, video or audio recordings.

These materials may be used for promotional, educational and publicity purposes relating to the Scottish Aesthetic Conference and associated activities.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify the organisers in writing before or during the event and, where reasonably possible, we will take steps to accommodate your request.

LIABILITY

The organisers will take reasonable steps to provide the conference as advertised but cannot guarantee that every speaker, session, venue or programme element will be available as originally planned.

MEDIA RELEASE

By attending the Scottish Aesthetic Conference 2027, you acknowledge that photographs, video recordings and/or audio recordings may be taken during the event.

These recordings may be used for legitimate promotional, marketing, educational and publicity purposes relating to the conference and associated activities.

If you do not wish to appear in photographs or recordings used for these purposes, please notify the organisers in writing using the contact details below.

Where appropriate, we will take reasonable steps to respect your request.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services, legal requirements or data-processing practices.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Conference Registration

By registering for the Scottish Aesthetic Conference 2027, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Your registration is confirmed when your completed registration details or booking are received and accepted by the organisers.

CONFERENCE FEE AND PAYMENT

The full conference fee is required at the time of registration to secure your place.

Payment is made online by credit or debit card through our nominated payment provider.

When we receive your completed booking or registration details by telephone or online, this will be treated as a confirmed booking, subject to payment and availability.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

All cancellations must be made in writing by email to:

Your cancellation will be acknowledged in writing.

If you wish to provide a name change for your booking this can be arranged by contacting the conference organisers up to 3 days in advance of the conference.

No refunds will be issued once a registration has been completed, regardless of whether the delegate subsequently attends the conference.

We strongly recommend that delegates consider appropriate travel and accommodation arrangements that allow for changes to the conference programme or venue.

CONFERENCE CONFIRMATION

All delegates will receive confirmation of their booking and further information by email.

Please check your junk, spam or promotions folders if you do not receive your confirmation.

CHANGES TO THE PROGRAMME, SPEAKERS OR VENUE

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the conference programme, speakers, timings or venue where necessary.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered delegates of significant changes.

Delegates are advised not to make non-refundable travel or accommodation arrangements until they have considered the possibility of changes to the event.

FORCE MAJEURE

The organisers will not be liable for failure to provide the conference, or for changes to the conference, where this results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where possible, we will provide delegates with information about any alternative arrangements.

CODE OF CONDUCT

All attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards other delegates, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, venue staff and conference organisers.

Disruptive, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, harassing or otherwise inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

The organisers reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour is considered inappropriate or disruptive.

No refund will be provided where an attendee is removed from the conference because of inappropriate behaviour.

MEDIA AND PHOTOGRAPHY

Photography, video and audio recording will take place during the conference.

By attending the conference, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs, video or audio recordings.

These materials may be used for promotional, educational and publicity purposes relating to the Scottish Aesthetic Conference and associated activities.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify the organisers in writing before or during the event and, where reasonably possible, we will take steps to accommodate your request.

LIABILITY

The organisers will take reasonable steps to provide the conference as advertised but cannot guarantee that every speaker, session, venue or programme element will be available as originally planned.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Delegates are responsible for making their own arrangements for travel, accommodation and insurance.
