Please note: if you write in our Facebook, LinkedIn, or other social media feeds, your information could be seen publicly or by those in closed forums.
We collect information about visitors to our website, pages used, and location data for 3 years. Information relating to delegate registration is kept for the time stipulated by HMRC.

We may share your registration information with other relevant businesses about future events and services, or with event exhibitors/sponsors at the conference. Such information could be sent by post or email or telephone.

If you do not wish your name, job title, address, email, and personal details provided when you register to be shared, please email carolyn@inspiredcosmetictraining.com before 22 March 2026 to request that your details are not shared.

Conference Registration
​
By registering for the Scottish Aesthetic Conference 2026, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
​
A full fee is required at registration to secure your place. Payment is made online by credit/debit card via PayPal.
If you have difficulty paying through this method, please call 0141 638 4098 or 079 6656 1474.
When we receive your booking form or registration details over the phone, we take this as a confirmed booking.
All cancellations must be received in writing at carolyn@inspiredcosmetictraining.com and will be acknowledged.

Refund Policy:
No refunds are issued once you have registered, regardless of attendance.
All delegates will receive confirmation of their booking and further information via their registration email. Please check your junk folder. If you have not received confirmation 3 days before the conference (by 18 March 2026), please contact carolyn@inspiredcosmetictraining.com.

Changes to Programme or Venue
​
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and/or social media.
Due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change the venue, speakers, programme, or dates in the event of an emergency.
For this reason, please avoid booking travel or accommodation until a few days before the event.
We are not responsible for any costs incurred due to such changes or cancellations.
Code of Conduct

Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally. Any behaviour deemed disruptive or inappropriate may result in removal from the conference.

Media Release
​
By attending the Scottish Aesthetic Conference 2026, you grant the organisers permission to use, reproduce, and distribute photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes.
If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing (see contact details below).
Your Rights
