How To Enter The SAC26 Awards

The Scottish Aesthetic Conference has been recognising and championing the very best of the medical aesthetic industry in Scotland. Entries are now open for 2026!

Rising Star

Award

For medical aesthetic  professionals in their first 1–3 years in aesthetics who are already making a remarkable impact. Practitioners may nominate themselves or be nominated by others

Best Clinic

Award

Celebrating outstanding medical aesthetic clinics that demonstrate excellence in patient care, innovation, professional development and results. Clinics may nominate themselves or be nominated by others.

Lifetime Achievement Award

Honouring an individual whose career has significantly shaped and elevated the field of aesthetics in Scotland and beyond. This prestigious award is nomination only – candidates  cannot self-enter.

Scottish Aesthetic Conference Awards 2026

Terms & Conditions

​

1. Eligibility

1.1. The Awards are open to medical professionals working within the aesthetics industry.

1.2. Rising Star - Early Excellence Award: Open to individuals in their first 1–3 years of practice in medical aesthetics in Scotland. Candidates may self-nominate or be nominated by a peer.
1.3. Best Clinic Award: Open to clinics delivering medical aesthetic treatments in Scotland. Clinics may self-nominate or be nominated by a peer.

 1.4 Lifetime Achievement Award: Open to individuals who have made a long-standing contribution to the medical aesthetics profession in Scotland. Nominations must be submitted by a third party; self-nominations are not permitted.

2. How to Enter

2.1. All entries must be submitted via the official application forms on the Scottish Aesthetic Conference website.
2.2. Only completed submissions received before the deadline of 21 st February 2026 will be considered.
2.3. Entries must include all required information as outlined in the respective application form. Incomplete applications may be disqualified.
2.4. By submitting a nomination, entrants confirm that the information provided is true and accurate.

 

3. Submission Guidelines

3.1. Nominations may include text, case studies or examples of achievements as requested on the form.
3.2. All content submitted must be the original work of the nominee or nominator. Plagiarism or falsified information may result in disqualification.
3.3. Applicants may submit themselves for multiple awards where eligible, provided a separate form is completed for each entry.

 

4. Judging

4.1. All entries will be reviewed and shortlisted by a panel of judges appointed by the Scottish Aesthetic Conference.
4.2. Judges’ decisions are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding judging outcomes.
4.3. Shortlisted nominees may be contacted for additional information or clarification prior to the awards ceremony.

4.4. Winners will be decided by a robust marking criteria by the judges in the two weeks leading up to the event. The nominee receiving the highest number of marks in each category will be announced as the winner at the official conference afterparty.

 

5. Award Ceremony

5.1. Winners will be announced at the end of the Scottish Aesthetic Conference, taking place on 21st March 2026 at Hilton Glasgow.
 

6. Publicity

6.1. By entering, nominees consent to their name, image and entry details being used for promotional purposes by the Scottish Aesthetic Conference and Inspired Cosmetic Training.
6.2. This may include, but is not limited to, announcements on the website, social media & press releases

6.3. Winners agree to participate in a photoshoot at the conference & to the publication of one social media post featuring their achievement.

 

7. Data Protection

7.1. All personal data provided will be processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
7.2. Information submitted will be used solely for the purpose of the awards, including judging, communication, and publicity.

 

8. General

8.1. The Scottish Aesthetic Conference reserves the right to amend, cancel, or suspend the awards or any part of the entry process at any time.
8.2. The Scottish Aesthetic Conference accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or incomplete entries.
8.3. Submission of an entry constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
