Dr Caroline Steele MBChB, MRCGP, is a GP trained clinician, medical leader, and founder of FrownDocs, A doctor led clinic for natural, feel-good results. With over 20 years of NHS experience, she has grown FrownDocs from a single Stirling location into a multidisciplinary hub offering injectables, skin treatments, and private plastic surgery. She also runs Stirling Private Medical Group, bringing top-quality private care to a wider range of services — all delivered with expertise, a dry sense of humour, and a healthy reliance on her brilliant team to keep her organised.
Frances Turner Traill
Frances Turner Traill, an aesthetic nurse prescriber with her two highly acclaimed, HIS-registered clinics in South Lanarkshire and Inverness, Frances is a highly regarded, national figure in medical aesthetics, earning recognition in Tatler for her injecting skill, BBC Radio and TV and magazines for her public safety campaigns, publications in various professional journals as well as multiple awards including the prestigious, national Aesthetic Journal Awards for UK Nurse Practitioner of the Year and Scottish Clinic of the Year.

Mr Taimur Shoaib
Taimur Shoaib is a fully accredited specialist consultant plastic surgeon on the General Medical Council's specialist register for plastic surgery. He was a consultant at the Glasgow Royal Infirmary from 2006-2014, is an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Glasgow and a Faculty Member of the Allergan Medical Institute. He is now in full time private practice having founded La Belle Forme in 2009. His current practice is in aesthetic medicine, aesthetic surgery and he has a strong commitment to teaching and developing higher standards.
He qualified from the University of Glasgow in 1992 after which he trained in general surgery. This took place in the West of Scotland and in Oxford, following which he obtained the FRCS fellowship qualification in surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. Since 1997 he has been working exclusively in Plastic Surgery departments and centres. Although his training encompassed the whole remit of plastic surgery, he developed particular interests in head and neck cancer, skin cancers and aesthetic surgery. During this time he qualified again from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh with a Diploma in Medical informatics. Towards the end of his training, he obtained a further qualification from the same Royal College after passing the fellowship examination in plastic surgery.

Dr Melanie Gray is an accomplished dental surgeon and aesthetic practitioner with nearly two decades of clinical excellence after qualifying with commendation from the University of Glasgow in 2007
She went on to own and lead an award winning dental practice for 12 years, where she was deeply involved in developing and mentoring newly qualified dentists.
Driven by a commitment to lifelong learning and clinical refinement, Melanie recently completed a postgraduate diploma in aesthetic and restorative dentistry, further enhancing her expertise across both advanced dental and facial aesthetic treatments.

Dr Lonny Green
Dr Lonny Green earned his Bachelor of Science from Stanford, his MD from UCLA, and completed two years of general surgery before training in urology at Harvard. He spent over 20 years as a urologic surgeon—until a chance encounter introduced him to the world of aesthetics. A fire was lit, and in 2020, he stepped away from the OR to pursue this new path full-time.
His approach is rooted in full facial balancing—treating the face as a whole rather than chasing isolated deficits. Pam Cushing is the Director of Aspire & Co Limited and an experienced Aesthetic Nurse for 20 years. Following her retirement from the NHS she decided on a new pathway by opening a distribution company. Jackie Partridge MSc (Non-Surgical Aesthetic Practice) BSc (Dermatology) RGN NIP. Jackie is a qualified Nurse Independent Prescriber (NIP) and Clinical Director at Dermal Clinic. She is a founding board member of the BAcN ( now BAMAN) and is now an honorary member. She qualified from Stirling University with BSc (foundation in Dermatology) and completed her Masters (MSc) in Non-Surgical Aesthetic Practice at Northumbria University.

Dr Vincent Wong
Dr. Vincent Wong is a leading cosmetic doctor based in London. He specialises in facial balancing, masculinisation and feminisation using non-surgical and minimally invasive techniques. Michelle, the clinic owner, is an esteemed prescribing aesthetic nurse practitioner with over two decades of experience and has administered over 40,000 treatments. Her patient-centered philosophy ensures each individual receives a personalised experience, fostering trust and open communication. Michelle’s dedication to safety and professionalism, evident in her superior results, has established her as a trusted figure in aesthetics. As Clinical Director, she oversees operations, maintaining high standards of patient care, safety, and excellence within the practice. Her previous experience she also been lucky to be have been a previous Board member for the BACN, country expert for Teoxane and KOL for Galderma. Dr Sam Robson is a medical doctor with over 20 years’ experience and a leading figure in Scotland’s medical aesthetics sector. As founder of Temple Clinic, she has created a unique, patient-centred environment that blends advanced aesthetic treatments with medical management of menopause, problem skin, lifestyle medicine and evidence-based weight management. Dr Robson is known for her rigorous clinical standards, clear communication style and holistic approach, ensuring that every treatment plan supports not only appearance but overall health and confidence. Tash Petrie
Tash is an Independent Nurse Prescriber with a postgraduate diploma in Cosmetic Medicine and over a decade of dedicated experience in the aesthetics specialty. As the founder of Derma T Aesthetics, she blends clinical expertise with mentorship and education, supporting medical professionals to build confident, ethical and sustainable aesthetics businesses. Tash also serves as a Regional Lead for the British Association of Medical Aesthetic Nurses, where she actively contributes to raising standards, strengthening practitioner education and championing safe, responsible practice across the UK.
